Description

A replacement recliner metal tension spring with hooks at either end for use on manual recliner chair & lounge mechanisms. This spring keeps the footrest in the closed position. Made with high quality materials built to withstand the harshest of wear.

All measurements are taken when the spring is in the closed position:

  • Overall length – 117mm
  • Coiled section length – 60mm

How To

How To

  1. Place your recliner on its back
  2. Using plyers, hook the springs on to the mechanism pegs or holes located in the metal plate Tip – Opening the footrest before fitting the spring will ease the fitting process

I was doubtful this would repair our badly damaged headrest area of our leather lounge. But, I thought had nothing to loose so I gave it a try.

I cut a tiny sample of our leather away from underneath the recliner where that cannot be seen & sent that to Sofa Rehab to hopefully match our colour.

I've just completed the repair & colour. The colour match is perfect & now I cannot see where the damage was before. Marvellous product.

Fixed my couch!! Quoted $1000 to fix this. $200 later from Sofa Rehab and fixed it myself. The couch had tears and the leather was also quite worn on one of the seats. With their video instructions it ended up being easier than expected. The colour matched perfectly.
