Kaidi KDH134D-010 Recliner Switch with USB Charging Port
Genuine Kaidi 2 button electric recliner switch designed for single actuator recliner chairs, sofas and theatre lounges. Finished in a modern nickel colour, this replacement side switch includes a integrated USB-A charging port rated to MAX 2000mA/5V, perfect for charging compatible devices while relaxing in your recliner.
This switch is identified by model numbers KDH134D-010 and MOT-TS-102L. The switch includes the wiring harness and control module attached to a 1650mm cable with a 5 pin male DIN plug and retaining clasp lugs for straightforward replacement of compatible recliner switches.
Switch Dimensions and Cut Out Measurements

- Facia dimensions: 101mm wide x 36mm high.

How To Install The Kaidi KDH134D-010 Recliner Switch
Important: Always disconnect the recliner from mains power before starting. Use safe lifting practices when moving or tilting furniture. Recliners, lounges and lift chairs can be heavy, so ask another person to help if needed and avoid putting your hands near moving mechanisms.
- Take a before photo. Before unplugging anything, take clear photos of the existing switch, cable routing and plug connections. This gives you a reference if you need to check where everything was connected.
- Disconnect the power. Turn the power off at the wall and unplug the recliner power supply from the wall socket.
- Access the switch cable. Carefully move or tilt the furniture only as much as needed to access the underside or inside arm area. Use safe lifting technique and get help if the furniture is heavy.
- Remove the screw cover. Gently remove the switch facia screw cover to access the mounting screws.
- Remove the old switch. Undo the 2 mounting screws, then carefully pull the switch out from the arm of the furniture.
- Disconnect the old wiring. Unplug the existing switch cable and wiring harness. Check the plug style and compare it with your new replacement switch before fitting.
- Connect the new switch. Plug the new Kaidi KDH134D-010 switch and wiring harness into the matching connections, including the black system plug and 5 pin DIN plug with retaining clasp lugs.
- Test before final fitting. With hands clear of the mechanism, reconnect the power and briefly test the open and close buttons. Also check the USB-A charging port if needed.
- Fit the switch into place. Once tested, disconnect the power again, place the switch into the cut out, secure it with 2 suitable screws, then refit the removable screw cover.
- Final test. Reconnect the recliner to power and test the switch again to make sure the actuator operates correctly.
If the switch does not operate correctly, disconnect the power and check your plug connections against the before photo. If you need help identifying the correct replacement switch or confirming your wiring, contact Sofa Rehab for assistance.

How do I know if this is the correct replacement switch for my recliner?
