After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm, via your chosen shipping method, however if goods are unavailable, delivery may take a little longer. Public holidays, religious days etc… May delay your order leaving our warehouse and or the Carrier.
We currently use Australia Post as our chosen standard shipping carriers. For international customers the final local postal delivery partner may vary depending on location.

Domestic Shipping within Australia –
Untracked Economy: This method is sent using Australia Post’s standard stamped service and is a subsidised option without tracking.
Economy: This method is sent using Australia Post standard tracked service.
Standard: This method is sent using Australia Post standard tracked service.
Local Pick Up (North Brisbane): You will receive notification with collection details advising that your order is ready to collect.
Priority Pick & Pack with Tracking: This method will mean your order is picked and packed in our warehouse as a priority and will be sent through Australia Post with tracking.
Express Post: This method will be sent with the quickest carrier available.
N.B. For orders with a cart value of $100 or more, $2.95 will be automatically added to the shipping cost for Signature on Delivery.
International Shipping –
There are two options available. Standard or Express shipping. Parcels will be sent by our chosen delivery partner and delivery will be completed by a carrier in the country of destination. Tracking will be provided where available.
If you choose to have your order sent via Express Post through Australia Post, they have a coverage of 80% of Australian business address, private addresses and Post Office Boxes. Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.
If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, they use the fastest possible transport links, but it won’t be covered by their Next Day Guarantee.
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, this will be sent to you direct from the carrier to the email address provided on the order.

Sofa Rehab is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim

Extended Range Items – Supplier Direct Shipping
Some products sold on Sofa Rehab are marked as “Extended Range Item: Ships Directly from Supplier”, the following information relates to this range:
These products are not stocked at our Brisbane warehouse and are instead shipped directly from one of our trusted suppliers on behalf of Sofa Rehab.
Processing & Dispatch Times
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- If an item is temporarily out of stock, additional processing time may apply.
- For items on backorder or made to order, expected fulfilment timeframes may range between 5 to 45 business days, depending on supplier production schedules and availability.
Split Deliveries
If your order contains a combination of:
- products stocked by Sofa Rehab, and
- one or more Extended Range Items,
your order will likely be shipped separately and may arrive on different dates.
This is because:
- stocked Sofa Rehab items are dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse, while
- Extended Range Items are shipped directly from the supplier.
Even if your order is sent in multiple packages, customers are only charged one shipping fee at checkout.

The average delivery timeframe for in stock Extended Range Items is approximately:
8 to 15 business days

Customs & Shipping Delays
International shipments may occasionally experience delays due to customs inspections or freight network congestion. Delivery timeframes may also be extended during busy seasonal periods.

Shipping Restrictions
Please note the following conditions apply to Extended Range Items:
- Express shipping is not available.
- Local pickup is not available.
- Extended Range Items may arrive separately from other items ordered from our Brisbane warehouse.

All orders placed through our website (sofarehab.com.au) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes that may apply once the order reaches its destination. Sofa Rehab has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. By placing an order, you agree to be liable for any applicable import costs in accordance with your local customs regulations.
