How our price match works
To request a price match, the competitor’s product must be:
- Be a genuine like-for-like product we can fairly compare.
- Be a brand new, unused product.
- Be sold by an Australian-based retailer with a website.
- Be in stock and available for purchase.
- Be publicly advertised and verifiable when we review your request.
- Be available to purchase in the quantity requested.
Exclusions
Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:
- Used, refurbished, repaired, reconditioned or second-hand products.
- eBay auctions or bidding-style listings.
- Marketplace sellers or third-party marketplace listings.
- Clearance, liquidation or closing-down sales.
- Trade-only, wholesale, member-only or private pricing.
- Overseas sellers or products shipped from outside Australia.
- Pricing errors, expired offers or listings we cannot verify.
