White Plastic Actuator End Cap
White coloured electric recliner actuator end cap commonly found on most brands of recliner furniture actuators.
The reason why an end cap is required is simply to stop the actuator column from moving off centre and to prevent rattling of the metal on metal as the end cap fills the void between the actuator column and the frame clevis brackets.

How To
1, Disconnect the power source to the electric recliner. Check the switch/remote to see that no power is left in the recliner supply
2, Whilst practising safe lifting techniques turn the furniture over onto its front or back
3, Locate the actuator column
4, Attach the end cap cover over the actuator column ensuring the actuator link pin holes align with the column holes
5, Align the actuator column and new end cap into the frame clevis bracket
6, Insert the actuator link pin and cotter pin through the frame clevis bracket and actuator end cap to secure the actuator to the frame
6, Whilst practising safe lifting techniques turn the furniture back over to the standard position
7, Reinstate the power supply and test the recliner.
