Spacing Link Metal Bar 12000279-01L
Genuine La Z Boy mechanism replacement Spacing Link Metal Bar. This spacing link is used as a support bar to prevent the drive rod and support rods from flexing too much. If the drive rod bearing falls free the linking bar, the linking bar hole can get worn out with the square drive rod rubbing it.

Will this fit my La Z Boy?
If your recliner has this bar it will fit however depending on the age of your recliner you may need to also add a new bearing due to the hole size being larger. Also the front Left angled metal plate may be a different direction to yours and will require a hole drilled into the front timber board.
My chair has a white nylon bearing will this bar work with this white bearing?
No, you will need to also purchase a new black bearing which we recommend you purchase at the same time.
Is this easy to fit?
This part will require moderate DIY skills. If you have access to Youtube there are videos showing how to replace it.
Does this fit all models of La Z boy's?
