The KDH127-004 (factory code MOT-TS-60L) is a premium nickel-finish 5 button switch designed for dual actuator recliners, giving you independent control of the main recliner and secondary actuator such as a headrest or lumbar. Each button is clearly marked with chair/reclining icons and is back-lit with green LED lights for easy operation in low light conditions.
This switch includes a built-in USB charging port rated at 2000mA/5V, so you can keep phones, tablets and other devices powered while relaxing. With a centre “Home” button, it resets both actuators back to their default closed position at the touch of a button, while the integrated child lock prevents accidental operation.
Specifications and Build Quality
The switch is finished in durable nickel colour and features a removable screw cover for a clean, professional look. Supplied with two screws for installation, it’s easy to fit into the recliner armrest. Dimensions are 140mm wide x 41mm deep x 38mm thick.

How To Install the KDH127-004 Switch

Prepare Your Workspace.
Place your recliner on a stable surface with enough room to work. If you need to tilt or lift the chair, always use safe lifting techniques — bend your knees, not your back, and ask for help if the recliner is heavy. -
Take a Reference Photo.
Before disconnecting anything, use your phone to take a clear picture of the existing switch wiring and connections. This makes re-assembly easier and avoids mistakes. -
Remove the Old Switch.
Locate the current switch in the armrest. Remove the screw cover, then undo the mounting screws. Gently pull the switch assembly free from the armrest. -
Disconnect the Wiring.
Unplug the 5-pin DIN plug and the USB transformer lead. Press the locking tabs on the DIN plug to release it safely. -
Install the New Switch.
Connect the new switch by plugging in the 5-pin DIN connector and USB lead. Ensure the plugs click securely into place. Feed the wiring back neatly into the armrest, align the switch, and fasten it using the supplied screws. Snap the screw cover back on. -
Test All Functions.
Power on the recliner and check each function: main recliner open/close, secondary actuator open/close, Home button reset, USB charging, and child lock.
