This is a genuine Okin replacement replacement switch, model number JLDK.15.08.50 but universally compatible with JLDK.15.08.12 – the only difference being the wiring electronics being in a hard plastic box instead of a plastic bag, offering a more durable solution. This model is fully compatible with JLDK.15.08.12 and features identical features in rectangular design, nickel gloss finish, USB charging, 5 button controls, and same 5-pin round plugs.

This 5 button switch is designed to operate recliners with dual motion headrest & footrest control. The JLDK.15.08.12 switch can also be found on some electric sofas and lounges. When seated, the JLDK.15.08.12 is designed to be mounted on the left-hand side.
