How To
1,Unplug power to the recliner and check no power getting to the chair.
2,Lay a drop sheet on the floor and carefully turn the recliner over on its front, please remember safe lifting techniques.
3,Locate the main actuator linking rod and R clip at the front of the chair and remove the rod and clip, once removed move the actuator upwards out of the way.
4,Next unplug the plastic plugs holding the wiring harness cables to the side of the chair (this allows space to move the chair body).
5,Once cables are free, grab the chair metal square base and force the front section of the chair upwards towards the ceiling and release the inner body/frame from the front support tube.
6,Once the inner body/frame is loose lift it high enough to locate each white plastic snaps fitted to the bod/frame ply and release the torx screws and remove the white plastic snaps.
7,Install the replacement white snaps using the original torx bolts (Careful not to over tighten the bolts as this may crack the replacement plastic snaps).
8,Next align the inner chair body/frame and white plastic snaps to the support rod located inside the arms and listen for a click and feel the snaps grabbing the rod.
9,Reconnect the wiring harness plastic plugs into their original position.
10,Next align the actuator to the mounting clevis and insert the rod and clip.
11,Carefully turn the recliner back over to the standard position, please remember safe lifting techniques.
12,Reconnect the power supply to the furniture.
13,Test the recliner.
