Very happy with the replacement metal recliner handle and the speed of dispatch and delivery. It fitted perfectly and took about 30 seconds to install.

Excellent service! Good range of replacement parts including metal handles that can replace the flimsy plastic ones that come standard on most recliners that tend to degrade and break after a few years. Delivery was fast too. Will be using them again as my other recliners exit their warranty.

The first cable I ordered did not work, so the team quickly diagnosed the problem and explained how to measure for the correct length. They exchanged it, and the new cable has made the chair better than new.

I ordered the wrong cable length, followed the return instructions and supplied my old cable for sizing. The staff were very helpful, and the correct cable arrived within two days.

When the locking clip on my new recliner cable failed, Sofa Rehab replaced it with the correct cable at no cost. Their phone and in-person support was excellent, and I would happily return for future repairs.
