Replace your recliner’s cup‑holder controller with this genuine Raffel Systems unit. Five capacitive‑touch icons let you raise/lower the footrest, adjust the head‑rest and toggle/dim the vibrant blue light ring. Black housing, dimmable LED, fits an 87–90 mm cut‑out and connects with one 6‑pin motor lead plus a 2‑pin LED lead—no tools beyond a screwdriver required.

This LR/HR variant is the exact cup used in the Harvey Norman Stanbury theatre suite, Synargy Smart Comfort lounges and many frames from Ashley, Catnapper, Cheers/Man Wah and Southern Motion (post‑2018). If your original part number starts with ICH LR HR TS BLK DIMP, this is a straight swap.
Separate ICH Control Box Required (Sold Separately)
The cup’s touch panel communicates through a small junction/control box (Raffel p/n JCT ICH LR). Re‑use your existing box if it’s working, or grab a replacement (click here). Without the box the cup holder will not power up.

1, Disconnect power to the item
2, Press touch sensors to confirm no power to the cup holder or item.
3, Remove the four screws holding the existing cup (Phillips driver).
4, Disconnect the 5‑pin and 2‑pin plugs.
5, Drop the new cup into the arm, reconnect the plugs, refit screws.
7, Reinstate the power.
8, Test all functions of the cup holder and also check that no cabling is going to be trapped or damaged as the recliner functions.

What connections and power supply does it use?
Two leads exit the cup:
5‑pin male – drives the recline & head‑rest motors via the control box.
2‑pin round‑n‑flat male – powers the LED ring (29 V DC via the chair transformer).
Both are standard Raffel/Okin pattern push‑plugs—no soldering or wiring required.
Can I replace a white‑LED or USB cup with this blue‑LED version?
Yes. Function‑wise, the blue (BDL), neutral‑white (MW) and amber‑white (AU) DIMP versions are interchangeable; the only difference is LED colour.
