HX25BMCRRL Power Recliner & Cooling Cup Holder With LED's
This replacement electric recliner couch silver coloured touch sensor cup holder is fitted into the armrest of the power recliner chair, couch or theatre lounge and is designed to recline the seat and headrest and cool drinks with its built in cooler mechanism. Blue LED illuminated touch control sensors to operate the footrest, headrest and light/cooling function. Internal base ring LED lit to Blue means light only and Green means cooling function activated. Do You Need The Control Module As Well?
The junction box HX25BMCRRL-2 is designed to facilitate the connection between the actuators, power and the cupholder in order for the recliner to function and the cup holder to cool drinks. Size – Outer diameter of touch panel collar is 111mm span, inner diameter of collar is 85mm and depth of drinks holder is 85mm (Approximately).
Frame hole – Will fit a hole diameter of 96mm and depth of 145mm.
Plug and Cable – 90° male 8 pin din plug and 1440mm (Approximately).
How To
How To
WE ALWAYS ADVISE TO PRACTICE SAFE LIFTING TECHNIQUES AND MOVING OF THE FURNITURE TO AVIOD PERSONAL INJURY AND DAMAGE TO PROPERTY.
Disconnect power to the item
Press touch sensors to confirm no power to the cup holder or item
Release the cup holder rim cover (This can be fiddly and require prising off at the two slots located directly opposite the touch sensors)
Remove the 3 screws holding the cup holder to the upholstery
Tip over lounge/chair and locate the control module normally located inside the arm or console carcass (Possibly hidden behind the dustcover material)
Unplug the female din plug that connects the cup holder to the control module
Return the lounge/chair back to the standard seating position and remove the cup holder housing and cable
Install the replacement cup holder ensuring the cable and plug are feed through the frame opening first so the cable and plug drop down towards the control module
Next fit the 3 screws to secure the cup holder in position and clip the rim cover into position
Tip the lounge/chair over again
Locate the cup holder cable and plug and connect it to the same control module port that the original plug was connected too
Tip over lounge/chair back over again to the standard seating position
Reinstate the power.
Test all functions of the cup holder and also check that no cabling is going to be trapped or damaged as the recliner functions.

Where do I find the model number?
Remove the cup holder from the arm of the recliner and the model label is found on the neck or towards the bottom of the cup holder housing.
Will this fit my recliner?
Check the product model identification label found on the side of the cupholder and control module to see if the codes match, if they do it will fit.
Do this come with a clear acrylic insert?
No.
Does this come with the control module?
No. You will get the Black Cupholder and cables only. The control module this is sold separately under model number HX25BMCRRL-2 or E-25BMCRRL#####
Can I change the LED colour?
Yes, this has two colours, Blue colour LED lit when not cooling and green LED lit when cooling or can be switch off with no LED light.
Is it easy to fit this cup holder?
