This genuine Pride Mobility power supply is specifically supplied as a replacement for the Pride C6 electric lift chair. Identified Pride part number CTL2103030 and ZB power model ZB-H290020-B, the transformer delivers and output of 29V, 2.0A and 58W. It has a built in figure 8 mains socket, female 2 pin OI socket and an internal compartment with connections for the two optional 9V backup batteries.
The transformer body measures 190mm long, 61mm wide and 28mm deep. Its supplied with mounting brackets to attach to the frame if required. This product is supplied as the transformer unit only. The figure 8 mains power lead and OI 2 pin extension lead are optional extras if the originals are damaged, lost or can not be reused.

How to Replace a Pride C6 Lift Chair Power Supply
Replacing a matching Pride CTL2103030 transformer is a straightforward plug-and-play repair with no electrical wiring required. Before starting, compare the model number, sockets and mounting measurements with your original power supply.
What You Will Need
- Replacement Pride CTL2103030 power supply
- Suitable screwdriver for the existing mounting screws
- Compatible figure-8 mains power lead
- Compatible 2-pin OI DC lead
- 2 × 9V batteries if using the optional battery-backup provision
Installation Instructions
- Return the chair to its normal seated position.
Close the footrest completely and ensure nobody is sitting in the chair. - Disconnect the mains power.
Switch the power point off and unplug the chair’s figure-8 mains lead from the wall socket. - Access the existing transformer safely.
Locate the power supply beneath or behind the chair. Keep clear of the lift and recline mechanism, electrical wiring and moving pinch points. - Disconnect both power leads.
Unplug the figure-8 mains lead and 2-pin OI DC lead from the old transformer by gripping the plug bodies rather than pulling on the cables. - Remove the old transformer.
Support the transformer while removing the two mounting screws, then lift the unit away from the chair frame. - Position the replacement transformer.
Align the mounting brackets and 205mm centre-to-centre mounting holes with the existing fixing points. Secure the transformer using suitable screws without overtightening them. - Install the optional backup batteries.
If required, open the battery compartment and connect 2 × matching new 9V batteries to the battery clips. Check the polarity, place the batteries inside and refit the compartment cover. - Reconnect the DC lead.
Push the compatible 2-pin OI lead firmly into the transformer’s female OI socket, ensuring the plug is fully seated. - Reconnect the mains lead.
Insert the compatible figure-8 lead into the transformer, connect it to the wall socket and switch the power on. Check that the green indicator light illuminates. - Test the chair.
Operate each lift and recline function briefly while watching the leads and transformer. Stop immediately if the chair moves unexpectedly, a plug becomes loose or you notice unusual heat, noise or odour.
Important: Only reuse leads that are undamaged and have the correct connections. Do not use cables with exposed wires, crushed insulation, bent pins or loose plugs. Never work beneath the chair while its mechanism is moving or rely on the powered mechanism to support the chair during access.
If the replacement transformer does not restore operation, disconnect it from mains power and check the wall lead, DC lead, handset, batteries and other electrical components. Contact Sofa Rehab if you need help identifying the cause of the fault.
