How To Install the Dewert/Okin CA-50008 DC Extension Cable
This extension cable is quick and easy to install yourself. It is used to extend the connection between your recliner power supply transformer and the recliner. No tools or prior experience are required.
- Disconnect the power supply.
Unplug the transformer from the wall power outlet before starting. - Locate the existing DC power cable.
Find the cable running from the transformer to the recliner. Check that your existing plugs match this cable’s round 2 pin push-fit connector style. - Separate the existing connection.
Gently pull apart the transformer to recliner cable connection where you want to add the extension cable. - Connect the male end of the extension cable.
