Kaidi Battery Charger for KDH058-301 Stand and KDDY022-2600 Battery
This compatible Kaidi battery charger is used with the Kaidi KDH058-301 lithium battery charging stand to recharge the KDDY022-2600 lithium battery pack. It is supplied as a replacement for the Kaidi MOT-TP12-240A charger and is suitable for compatible electric recliner battery systems using this charging stand and battery combination.
The charger we supply is marked Shenzhen Chanzeho Technology model CZH015294050AUWPL. It has a fixed AU wall plug, a DC male plug for connecting to the charging stand, 29.4V 500mA output and an LED power indicator light.
Compatible Replacement for Kaidi MOT-TP12-240A
If your original charger is marked Kaidi MOT-TP12-240A, this compatible replacement charger is designed to perform the same charging role when used with the correct Kaidi battery charging stand.
Please note that the supplied charger is not marked with the Kaidi MOT-TP12-240A model number. The charger we currently supply is marked Shenzhen Chanzeho Technology CZH015294050AUWPL, so the label on the new charger will look different from your original Kaidi charger.
Check Your Charging Setup Before Ordering
This is a battery charger for the Kaidi cordless recliner battery system. It is not the standard AC/DC transformer used to power an electric recliner directly from the wall.
The charger plugs into the Kaidi KDH058-301 charging stand. The KDDY022-2600 lithium battery then connects to the charging stand for charging. Before ordering, please check that your battery setup uses the KDH058-301 stand and KDDY022-2600 battery, or contact us if you need help identifying your parts.

How To Use The Kaidi Compatible Battery Charger
This charger is used with the Kaidi KDH058-301 charging stand to charge a compatible Kaidi KDDY022-2600 lithium battery pack. It is a simple plug-in replacement and no tools are required.
- Check that your charging stand is the Kaidi KDH058-301 model and that your battery is the compatible Kaidi KDDY022-2600 lithium battery pack.
- Place the charging stand on a dry, stable indoor surface near an Australian wall socket.
- Plug the charger into the wall socket using the fixed AU wall plug.
- Connect the charger’s DC male plug into the charging stand socket.
- Check that the LED indicator light is on, which confirms the charger has power.
- Connect or place the KDDY022-2600 lithium battery onto the charging stand as required by your charging setup.
- Allow the battery to charge before removing it from the charging stand and reconnecting it to your recliner battery system.
Important Use Notes
- This charger is for indoor use only and is rated IP20.
- This is a battery charger, not the standard recliner transformer used to power an electric recliner directly from the wall.

If Your Battery Is Not Charging
If your battery does not appear to charge, check that the wall socket is switched on, the LED indicator is lit, and the DC male plug is firmly connected to the KDH058-301 charging stand. Also check that the battery is correctly seated or connected to the charging stand.
If the charger has power but the battery still will not charge, the fault may be with the battery, charging stand or charger. Contact Sofa Rehab if you need help checking which replacement part is most likely required.
