The KDDY022-2600 has been discontinued and is no longer available. If your chair originally used this model, the recommended replacement is the Kaidi KDLi26A 2600. Kaidi Electric Recliner Lithium Power Supply
The KDDY022-2600 is a lithium rechargeable battery pack designed for cordless operation of electric recliners, lift chairs, luxury sofas and theatre lounges. It sits discreetly under the chair and connects via a 6-pin round input (from the furniture harness) and an OI 2-pin output (round pin, flat blade) to power the chair’s control and actuator system. It charges through an external charge port mounted on the furniture.
In normal use customers reported approximately 250 recline cycles per full charge, but actual runtime varies with weight, number of motors, mechanism conditions, usage patterns, and time between charge.
Power Recliners and 3-seater Lounges with One Battery
The battery provides ample power for single motor recliners and multi actuator lounges, and can be used with a splitter cable to supply multiple seats while tucked under the lounge. Runtime between charges depends on the number of motors, any extras such as LED lights and cup holders, and how often you recline. It is ideal when you want a hidden power source with no visible cabling, helping prevent pet chewed cords and reducing trip risks for elderly and children. Its discreet, minimalist design is a tidy upgrade for any electric recliner.
What Changed Between KDDY022-2600 and KDLi26A
The core functionality is the same, providing cordless battery power to recliners. The key change is the charge-side connector standard and matching charger. In most cases the chair-side OI 2-pin output to the mechanism harness remains compatible, but the external charge port and charger must be replaced to the KDLi26A versions which we also sell.

KDDY022-2600 was widely integrated across furniture using the Kaidi wire harnessing design and OI 2-pin power leads. It is often found on chairs fitted with components from Kaidi, Okin, Limoss, TiMotion, Tranquil, Ease and other mainstream suppliers where the furniture used a 6-pin battery input and OI 2-pin output. Labels you may see include KDDY022-2600 and KDDY022A-2600. Due to the KDDY022-2600 now being discontinued then for a compatible replacement, move to KDLi26A and also replace the charge port and charger.

All rechargeable lithium batteries have limitations and fluctuations in operating capabilities and this KDDY022-2600 is no different. The battery needs charging every 4-6 weeks even if it has not been used or low on charge.
The following list of uses, loads and features can and will discharge the battery charge at different rates and ultimately affect the overall amount of reclines between charge.

Will this connect to my electric recliner?
For this to work you need to already have the 6 pin connector plug model KDH058 and the external wall plug adapter model MOT-TP12-240A or purchase these from our store. Generally people are just replacing the battery pack and therefore only need this battery and it plugs into the existing set up.
How long does it take to charge?
Approximately 6 hrs to fully recharge.
How long will the charge last?
This is very dependant on various contributory factors such as how heavy the furniture and user are, if any back lit LED switches, remotes with illuminated buttons or seat touch sensor buttons installed as these all draw continuous power from the battery and drain the charge. However we expect the battery to supply multiple reclines (approximately 250 cycles) but an exact number is not possible to determine.
If I do not have a Lithium Ion battery pack already can I use this one with my existing set up?
Yes, You will also need to purchase the KDH058 charger point and wall adapter charger MOT-TP12-240A to install this battery. If you do not wish to install these parts then see our other lithium battery pack KDDY022A-2600 which is a stand alone product.
How do I charge this lithium battery pack?
You need to have a MOT-TP12-240A adapter and KDH058 charge point to be able to connect this battery to the wall power point.
Can I run two recliners from this battery?
No, This is for single use recliners and sofas only. If you have a 2 or 3 str power recliner with two recliners you will one for each recliner.
Will this work on a recliner lift chair?
Yes this is suitable for power recliner armchairs, lift chairs and sofas.
