Okin 5 Button Switch With C Port And USB A Port
Upgrade or replace your existing recliner control with this genuine Okin FS.04.05.01 five-button switch, designed for dual-motor electric recliners and theatre lounges. It provides intuitive control of the footrest, backrest, and headrest or lumbar motors, along with a convenient Home button to return both motors to the upright position.
The switch also includes dual USB-A and USB-C ports for charging mobile devices while you relax, offering convenience and style in one compact unit.
Brushed-Silver Facia and Compact Design
Featuring a durable black plastic housing and a brushed-silver plastic facia this switch offers a premium appearance that complements modern recliners. The removable facia neatly conceals two screw mounts for a clean installation (screws not included).
Compact yet practical, the switch body measures 124 mm wide × 45 mm deep × 37 mm thick (including buttons) and requires a 94 mm × 31 mm cut-out for fitting. With a 150 mm lead and standard 5-pin male DIN plug, it connects directly to the existing control port.
Compatibility and Installation
This switch is suitable for dual-actuator electric recliners only and connects directly to the control system via the standard 5-pin plug. It’s not compatible with lift chairs or single-motor mechanisms.
Fits most recliners powered by Okin, Limoss, Kaidi, Mulin, Dewert, and similar 5-pin systems. The switch can be mounted on either armrest for universal fitment.
Installation is straightforward — simply disconnect the power supply, remove the old control, secure the new switch with two screws, and reconnect the plug.

How To Install the Okin FS.04.05.01 5-Button Recliner Switch
Installing your new Okin switch is quick and straightforward, and with a little care, it can easily be done at home. Before you begin, take a clear photo of your existing switch and cable connections so you can refer back to it later, and always use safe lifting techniques when moving or tilting your recliner.
- Disconnect power from the recliner. Unplug the recliner from the wall outlet or power transformer before working on it to ensure safety.
- Access the switch area safely. Tilt or move the recliner carefully into a stable position so you can reach the side panel. Always lift with your legs, not your back, and ask for help if the recliner is heavy.
- Remove the old switch. Gently pry off the facia cover to reveal the screw holes. Remove the screws and disconnect the old switch from the armrest. Keep the screws, as new ones are not included.
- Disconnect the plug. Locate the 5-pin DIN plug from the old switch and unplug it from the control box, taking care not to bend or twist the pins.
- Fit the new switch. Insert the new switch into the same cut-out (94 mm × 31 mm), align the mounting holes, and secure it with the two screws (not supplied).
- Reconnect the cable. Plug the new switch’s 5-pin connector firmly into the matching socket on your recliner’s wiring harness.
- Replace the facia cover. Clip the brushed-silver facia back into place to conceal the screws and complete the installation.
- Restore power and test. Plug the recliner back into the power source and test all five buttons, the Home function, and both USB ports to confirm proper operation.
