Modular Lounge Connectors
A replacement 2 piece set of metal sofa connection joiners with a easy to use locking system. The female plate and male connection rod can be mounted in various positions to suit the lounge or situation.
How many connection kits needed?
A 3-piece lounge will typically need 4 connection sets because each side connecting to another lounge piece will be held together with 2 sets, one on the front, and one of the rear.
These connection are typically purchased as a like-for-like replacement but can also be used for new sofas and corner lounges which didn’t come with metal connection systems for connecting the pieces lounge together.

How to
How to
1, Place down a floor protector behind the furniture
2, Use safe lifting techniques and carefully tip the furniture over onto its backside
3, Align the items to be connected with the sectional furniture connectors
Note – If using one sectional furniture connector set place in it in the centre of the space available. If using 2 sets per item we recommend evenly spacing them out along the width of the space available. Repeat for all items to be connected.
5, First place on one side of the furniture the female connector plate on the bottom edge of the furniture and secure with the 7 screws provided.
6, Next measure and drill a 6mm hole approximately 15mm up from the base edge making sure to align the rod with the female plate slot already installed on the second item
7, Install the T nut on the rear of the drill hole and firmly push to secure in position and then screw in the connection rod into the front of the T nut on the outside of the furniture and fully tighten
8, Using safe lifting techniques carefully return the furniture to the sitting position
9, Then align the furniture to be connected using your fingers to feel for the connectors and manoeuvre the furniture so the connectors are directly opposite each other
10, Finally lift the furniture with the rod connection into the female connection plate and slide to secure.
If you need to disconnect the items using safe lifting techniques carefully lift the item with the connector rod back and upwards motion to disconnect the items.
