This block has a sturdy base that secures to the actuator shaft with a length of 48mm and a width of 61mm. The fork ends have a gap of 44mm between them, and a pin hole diameter of 10mm where the recliner’s mechanism connects.
At the base’s centre is the hole designed for the actuator’s worm drive, which accommodates the industry standard drive rod of approximately 9.7mm in diameter.
