Kaidi KDH120-001 Dual Motor Recliner Switch with USB Charging Port
The Kaidi KDH120-001 electric recliner switch is a genuine replacement 4 button controller designed for dual actuator recliner chairs, lounges and theatre seating. Manufacturer part number 31100274(Y), this switch features two independent rocker switches for controlling multiple recliner movements such as the footrest and headrest. This Kaidi switch can be mounted on either side of the recliner.
Finished with a modern silver removable fascia cover and silver buttons, this switch provides a clean concealed screw appearance once installed. The fascia dimensions are approximately 96mm wide by 36mm high, while the switch body measures approximately 92mm wide, 33mm high and 34mm deep including the buttons.
The switch includes mounting screws and features an integrated USB-A charging port for conveniently charging phones and devices while relaxing.

How To Install The Kaidi KDH120-001 Recliner Switch

- Disconnect the power.
Unplug the recliner from the wall power socket before starting. Do not work on the switch while the recliner is connected to power. - Practice safe lifting.
Carefully move the recliner into a safe working position. Recliners can be heavy, so use two people if needed and avoid lifting beyond your ability. - Take a before photo.
Before disconnecting anything, take a clear photo of the existing switch, cable routing and plug connections. This gives you a reference when fitting the replacement switch. - Remove the old switch fascia.
Gently remove the existing fascia cover to access the mounting screws. Take care not to damage the surrounding fabric, leather or upholstery. - Unscrew the old switch.
Remove the mounting screws holding the switch in place, then carefully pull the switch out from the armrest or side panel. - Disconnect the old plugs.
Follow the cables from the switch and disconnect the two 5 pin DIN plugs. Release the retaining clasp lugs carefully rather than pulling on the cables. - Compare the new and old switch.
Check that the model number, plug type, plug gender, retaining clasp style and switch dimensions match before installing the new Kaidi KDH120-001 switch. - Connect the new switch plugs.
Plug in the two male 5 pin DIN plugs, making sure each plug is firmly seated and the retaining clasp lugs are secured. - Test before final fitting.
Reconnect the recliner power and carefully test both rocker switches to confirm each actuator operates correctly. Once tested, disconnect the power again before securing the switch. - Secure the new switch.
Place the switch into the cut-out hole and fasten it using the supplied screws. Do not overtighten the screws. - Fit the silver fascia cover.
Clip the removable silver plastic fascia back into position so the mounting screws are hidden and the switch has a clean finished appearance. - Final test.
Reconnect the recliner to power and test all switch functions again, including both actuator controls and the USB-A charging port.
- Disconnect the power.
