How To
How To
1, Lay a dust sheet on the floor
2, Safely tip forward the furniture remember safe lifting practises
3, Remove the base of the chair
4, Remove both rocker spring assemblies
5, Remove both outside arms fabric/leather to expose the interior of the arm carcass’s
6, Locate the 3 x torx screws from each side and remove them along with all timber dowels and rocker blocks
7, Next using timber adhesive, glue the replacement dowels into the rocker blocks leaving an overhang of 12mm to each rocker block
8, Apply ample adhesive to the facing edge of the rocker blocks and overhanging dowels
9, Install both rocker blocks in position by aligning the dowels into the arm carcass holes ensuring the direction is correct
10, Screw the 3 torx screws into blocks on each side and then clear off any adhesive overspill
11, Allow adhesive to fully cure
12, Reinstall both rocker spring assemblies
13, Close the outside arm upholstery using a stapler
14, Reinstall the base of the chair
15. Carefully move the furniture back to the standard resting position.
