Description
Plastic Moving Block for Actuators – Arch Shape, Large
The white plastic movement block is designed to move with the actuator shaft and support the connection to the recliner’s mechanism. This large-sized block, with its distinctive arch shape design and three mounting holes per side, is the right choice if your actuator is still working except for a broken moving/guide block.
Replacement actuator blocks offer a great option repair without the expense of a full actuator replacement, but should your damage extend beyond the moving block, we also sell a comprehensive range of electric recliner actuators (click here).
Measuring Guide For This Large Version
The block has a width of 96mm at the longest side, a depth of 66mm, and stands 42mm at its highest point due to the angled shape. Each side mount face has a height of 35mm. The mounting face on each side is equipped with 3 holes, in contrast with the small version which only has 2 holes on either side. The centre hole for the worm drive rod thread is the industry standard size of approximately 9.7mm.
We also sell this arch shaped actuator block in a smaller 2-hole size (click here).

(verified owner)Works just fine with our sofa, even though it’s not on the list. This is a pretty common part, so if it looks about right it probably is. The motor for our recliner being a: PT01-29-163. 331-45 Linear Actuator. The chair in question being a San Marco.
Main difference for ours, is Amart obviously drill through the middle hole to open it up to to 10mm, then tapped it. So be aware if you want to re-use the hardware included– we ended up doing so because we had the tools on hand.
Great bit of kit, really welcome that someone actually sells it!
