XH3000-0500 Recliner Lithium Battery Charger 30V 0.5A
The XH3000-0500 is a replacement lithium battery charger for compatible electric recliner, lift chair and sofa battery systems. It is used to recharge compatible recliner lithium battery packs that require a 30.0V 0.5A charger with a 5.5mm outer / 2.5mm inner male round DC plug.
This charger is suitable for compatible universal and Okin style recliner battery systems where the model, voltage, amperage and plug size match your original charger. It is a switching power supply with a power indicator LED on the top of the charger, so you can quickly see when power is connected.
This universal dc power adapter supports 100v to 240v wall power so its suitable for use in all countries.

Everything You Need To Do It Yourself
Replacing the charger is simple when the specifications match. Connect the figure 8 C8 wall lead to the charger, plug the wall lead into mains power, then connect the round DC plug to the compatible recliner battery charge port. The LED indicator on top of the charger will show when power is connected.

How To Use The XH3000-0500 Recliner Lithium Battery Charger
The XH3000-0500 charger is used to recharge compatible lithium battery packs for electric recliners, sofas and lift chairs. Before connecting the charger, make sure your battery system requires a 30.0V 0.5A charger with a 5.5mm outer x 2.5mm inner round DC plug.
Step 1: Check Your Original Charger or Battery Label
- Locate the label on your old charger, battery pack or battery charging port.
- Confirm the charger model is XH3000-0500, or confirm the required output is 30.0V 0.5A.
- Check that the plug required is a male round DC plug measuring 5.5mm outer diameter x 2.5mm inner diameter.
- Do not use this charger if your recliner requires a standard 29V 2.0A transformer with a 2 pin OI plug.
Step 2: Add a Wall Power Lead If Required
This charger accepts a figure 8 C8 wall power lead. If you do not already have a suitable wall lead, select the wall power lead add on near the add to cart button before placing your order.

Step 3: Connect the Charger
- Connect the figure 8 wall power lead into the C8 socket on the charger.
- Plug the wall power lead into a suitable wall power outlet.

Step 4: Charge the Recliner Battery Pack
Leave the battery connected to the charger according to the instructions for your battery system. This charger is IP20 rated and is designed for indoor use only, so keep it away from moisture, outdoor areas and wet floors.
Do not use the charger if the cable, plug, battery pack or charge port appears damaged. If the battery pack is swollen, leaking, unusually hot or no longer holding charge, stop using it and replace the battery pack instead.
Step 5: Disconnect After Charging
- Switch off the wall power outlet before disconnecting the charger.
- Remove the round DC plug from the battery charging port.
- Unplug the figure 8 wall lead from the wall outlet if the charger is no longer needed.
- Store the charger indoors in a dry location.
Troubleshooting
- No LED light showing: Check that the wall outlet is switched on and the figure 8 wall lead is fully connected to the charger.
- Plug will not fit: Do not force the plug. Check that your battery system uses a 5.5mm outer x 2.5mm inner round DC plug.
- Battery still will not charge: The battery pack or charge port may be faulty, especially if the charger specifications match but the battery no longer holds charge.
