Kaidi KDH107D-003 Recliner Switch with USB-A & USB-C
Genuine Kaidi 2 button electric recliner switch designed for single actuator recliner chairs, lounges and theatre seating. Finished in a modern nickel colour, this replacement switch features both USB-A and USB-C charging ports so you can conveniently charge compatible devices while relaxing.
The removable fascia cover conceals the mounting screws for a clean OEM style appearance once installed. Suitable for both left and right side fitment and supplied with a long 1440mm cable including a male 5 pin DIN plug with retaining lugs for a secure connection.

How to
- Disconnect the power. Switch off the recliner at the wall and unplug the power supply before starting. Do not work on the recliner while it is connected to power.
- Move the recliner safely. Carefully move the recliner away from the wall so you have room to work. Use safe lifting practices and ask another person to help if the chair or lounge is heavy.
- Take a before photo. Before removing anything, take a clear photo of the existing switch, cable route and plug connection. This gives you a handy reference when fitting the new switch.
- Remove the old switch fascia. Gently remove the fascia cover from the existing switch to access the screw holes. Take care not to damage the upholstery around the switch.
- Unscrew the old switch. Remove the mounting screws from the old switch and keep them aside, as screws are not supplied with the replacement switch.
- Disconnect the old plug. Follow the switch cable to the connection point and unplug the male 5 pin DIN plug. Release any retaining lugs carefully before pulling the plug apart.
- Check the replacement switch. Compare the new Kaidi KDH107D-003 switch with your original switch, including the fascia size, cut-out size, plug type and cable length.
- Connect the new switch. Plug the new male 5 pin DIN connector into the matching recliner socket. Make sure the retaining lugs are properly engaged for a secure connection.
- Fit the switch into position. Place the new switch into the cut-out hole, making sure the cable is not pinched, stretched or trapped behind the switch body.
- Secure the switch. Reuse your original screws to fasten the switch into place. Do not overtighten the screws, as this may damage the switch housing or furniture frame.
- Refit the fascia cover. Clip the removable nickel fascia back onto the switch so the screw holes are hidden and the switch has a clean finished appearance.
- Test the recliner. Plug the recliner back into power and test the open and close buttons. Also check the USB-A and USB-C ports with a suitable charging cable.
- Return the recliner to position. Once tested, carefully move the recliner back into place using safe lifting practices. Make sure no power cables are crushed or caught under the furniture.
