This genuine Okin Refined AC/DC switching power supply is designed to power electric recliner chairs, lift chairs and lounges. It converts standard household power into a regulated 29V DC output, ensuring reliable operation of recliner motors and actuator systems.
Finished in black with Okin branding on the housing, this compact unit measures 118mm (L) x 60mm (W) x 38mm (D). It includes a 148mm DC cable with a 2 pin OI plug (flat and round pin). A green LED indicator located on the unit provides a clear visual confirmation that power is being supplied.
This universal ac dc power adapter supports 100v to 240v wall power so its suitable for use in all countries.

How To Install Your Recliner Power Supply Transformer
- Unplug the recliner from the wall socket. Always disconnect power before replacing any electrical recliner part.
- Locate the existing power supply transformer. It is usually found behind or underneath the recliner, lounge or lift chair.
- Disconnect the old transformer. Unplug the wall power cable and the 2 pin OI cable from the existing transformer.
- Check the plug shape and specifications. Make sure your old unit uses the same 2 pin OI plug and has matching 29V DC output specifications.
- Connect the new transformer. Push the 2 pin OI plug firmly into the matching recliner cable connection.
- Reconnect the wall power cable. Plug the AC power cable into the transformer and then into the wall socket.
- Check the green LED indicator. The green light should turn on to show the transformer is receiving power.
- Test your recliner. Operate the recliner buttons or remote to confirm the chair opens and closes correctly.
No tools are usually required for this replacement. If your recliner still does not work after installing the new transformer, check that all plugs are fully pushed in and inspect the connected cables for damage.
