The kit pairs eMoMo’s eight-button NHX0348H handset with eight dome-shaped vibration pads, a 190 × 160 mm flexible heat mat, a straight 8-pin DIN harness and a 12 V AU/NZ power adaptor (all supplied). Because it runs on its own low-voltage supply it does not connect to any recline motors—just plug the transformer into a nearby wall socket and enjoy soothing warmth and targeted massage wherever you sit.
Easy DIY Installation – No Tools or Adhesive Needed for Basic Install
The pads are supplied plain so you can mount them your way:
- Slip them inside cushion cores or between foam layers.

DIY Fit-Up in Under 30 Minutes
Before You Start
Unplug any existing power leads and shift the furniture only as far as needed to access cushion zips or Velcro® openings. Practice safe lifting: keep the load close, bend your knees, straighten your back, and enlist a second person for heavy or awkward pieces.
Step-by-Step
- Locate access points. Open the zip, Velcro® strip or hidden slip pocket on the seat or back cushion where you want vibration or heat.
- Position the heat mat. Slide the 190 mm × 160 mm heat pad flat against the lumbar foam (or seat base) with the cable tail pointing toward the cushion’s rear or side seam.
- Arrange the eight vibration pads. Tuck the dome pads between foam layers or against the webbing, distributing them evenly (e.g. four along the back, four across the seat). Pads are free-floating—use zip ties, gravity or existing foam pressure to hold them in place.
- Route all cable tails to a single exit point near the cushion zip. A modest gap in the zip track or seam is usually enough for the slim leads to pass through without tools.
- Connect the harness. Click each pad’s mini plug into the labelled sockets on the wiring loom, then plug the straight 8-pin DIN from the handset into the mating lead on the same loom.
- Power up. Join the loom’s 2-pin OI connector to the 29 V transformer and plug the transformer into a nearby GPO (wall outlet). Tuck the brick safely under or behind the furniture.
- Test & tidy. Press On/Off on the remote. Cycle through Intensity, Point, Auto Mode and Heat to confirm everything works, then close the zips and return the furniture to its normal position—again using safe-lifting form.
